About Us
Michael and Marlene Forte create one-of-a-kind wood and fabric folk art at our studio in rural Addison County Vermont. We love animals as subjects, especially dogs and chickens but you will also find cats, rabbits, fish, birds, elephants and more. Custom pieces made as unique gifts for family and friends are a specialty.


History
Both Marlene and Michael have been involved in art and hand crafts for over 30 years. It is in the last several years that we have begun to display and sell our art in local shops and galleries. Our work may be seen at The Middlebury Folklife Center and Basin  Harbor Gift Shop.


Future Goals
In the upcoming months and years we hope to find new galleries and shops to display our art and would someday like to open a gallery/shop.
